Terms and Conditions for Using The Financial Mall's Services

1. Ownership The Financial Mall Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD") is a private limited company owned by the Chauhan Family, with Mr. Neeraj Chauhan as the main promoter.
2. Business Address The Financial Mall Private Limited, 109, 1st Floor, A6 Block, DDA Market, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110063.
3. Client Definition “You,” the user of our services. If you represent a legal entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
4. Service Overview THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD operates as a registered Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI (ARN: 113944). Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future results and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions.


5. Using Our Services

  • Access to our services is available via our online web portal and mobile app.
  • Compliance with local laws is your responsibility when accessing our services from outside India.
  • Service use may be subject to restrictions based on your residency, nationality, age, wealth, or income source.
  • By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications. You may opt out of non-essential messages but cannot opt out of necessary service, regulatory, or security notifications.
  • For services accessed by multiple parties, a primary contact must be designated for all communication. Any changes to the primary contact must be submitted in writing.
  • Acceptance of these terms is indicated by selecting the “I accept” checkbox. Additional consent may be required for certain services.
  • Responsible and lawful use of our services is expected. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Identity & Authentication

  • Your identity will be established using your contact information, passwords, OTPs, third-party authentication services, or biometric methods.
  • Instructions authenticated using these methods will be treated as originating from you.

7. Scope of Services

  • Your chosen subscription plan will define the available services as per applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Third-party service partners may be used, and their terms will apply. THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD is not liable for any penalties, loss, or damage arising from the actions of these partners.

9. Security & Liability

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.
  • Graphical data, recommendations, and reviews on our platform are not guarantees of mutual fund performance.
  • We do not levy charges from your bank for transaction facilitation.

10. Service Limitations

  • THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD is not liable for loss, taxes, fees, penalties, or damages arising from order processing delays, order rejections, or errors by third parties (RTAs, AMCs, banks, exchanges).
  • Before transacting, ensure the accuracy of your personal and bank details. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect client information.
  • Mutual fund transactions are processed via BSE/NSE platforms, subject to guidelines.
  • Units will be allotted based on the NAV applicable at the time of the application. THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD is not liable for the correct NAV not being assigned if it is beyond our control.

11. Fund Transfer & Transaction Processing

  • We process transactions to BSE/NSE platforms, which in turn manage the transfer to AMC collection accounts. Any delays due to third-party failures or unforeseen circumstances are beyond THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD's control.

12. Cut-off Times & Holidays

  • Orders placed after cut-off times or on holidays will be processed on the next business day at the applicable NAV.

13. Compliance with Law

  • All investments must adhere to SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, AMC terms, and other legal frameworks.
  • NRI clients confirm funds are sourced through approved banking channels and are in compliance with Indian and foreign laws.

14. Account Termination

  • To close your account, deactivate ACH/ECS mandates and stop ongoing SIPs. THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD is not liable for transactions or losses if mandates are not canceled before account closure.

15. Nomination

  • The client can appoint a nominee, applicable across all mutual fund units under the same Member ID. For changes in nominee details, submit a duly signed change form.

16. Changes in Client Details

  • To change your address, submit the “Master Changes Form” signed by all co-holders. For changes to reflect in AMC records, update KRA/CKYC documentation. Separate forms are needed for other changes.

17. Consent for C/KYC Information

  • You authorize THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD to use your C/KYC details for validation and regulatory compliance.

18. Grievance Redressal

  • For support or grievances, contact us via email at support@thefinancialmall.com or call 011-42321972. We respond within 2 working days.

19. Amendments

  • THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

20. Force Majeure

  • THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD is not liable for service failure due to systems failures, network errors, or events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest).

21. Acceptance

  • By using our services, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms.
    These terms govern your relationship with THEFINANCIALMALL PVT LTD. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of other provisions.
