The Financial Mall has set strict processes in place to deliver quality services to customers. At The Financial Mall strict quality service standards are set and a well-defined process is established and followed religiously by our quality customer service teams. Performance is evaluated on a frequent basis and glitches are ironed out.

But quality service also involves quality people in addition to processes. The Financial Mall gives significant focus to the proper training and development of the people involved in the service delivery chain.

The Financial Mall offer financial planning and investment management services to the employees of our corporate clients. In our constant endeavor of simplifying financial life of our clients we partner directly with their employers. We get into an agreement with the employer for providing financial advisory services to the employees. This ensures that the employees can focus on the core business activities while we take care of their financial worries – be it investing regularly in high return avenues, saving for retirement, children’s higher education or buying a house.

Corporate: Our Services
We can assist the employees with the following:
  • Financial planning: Helping define long term milestones, investments & risk mitigation strategy
  • Investment advice: Planning for investments with specific objectives in mind or for building wealth
  • Retirement planning: Estimating retirement corpus required and drawing up an investment plan
